We're a team of strategists, designers, marketers and trade specialists who've spent more than 15 years helping products find their market. We've worked with 300+ brands, launched our own, and learned what it really takes to win over U.S. customers. When you work with us, you get people who've done it before, and who treat your brand like it's their own.
Our story
Our story
More than 15 years, three industries and one lesson that runs through all of them: trust is built, not claimed.
2009
The media years
AM Solutions began in Colombo, Sri Lanka, as a full-service media company working across TV, radio, print, press, point-of-sale, leaflets, outdoor and promotions. We also published a magazine on Sri Lanka's event industry, with professional articles, in-depth interviews and advertising.
Japan retail
2014
Trade between Sri Lanka and Japan
We opened a trading and retail business in Sri Lanka with a branch in Japan. We imported genuine Japanese vehicles for private customers, and made and exported Sri Lankan products to Japan, from wooden masks, cane and rattan to handloom, tea and spices.
Campaign work with our agency
2021
The agency, rebuilt
AM Solutions relaunched in Colombo with a team that brings up to 20 years of industry experience, delivering branding, advertising and marketing across TV, radio, print, point-of-sale and digital for consumer goods, finance, manufacturing, export, government and automotive clients.
Our story
From agency to our own brands.
2024
Pazzlo LLC in the United States
We formed Pazzlo LLC to serve U.S. brands, designing and running campaigns remotely: brand guidelines, packaging, promotions, Meta ads and social content for small and mid-sized brands, many of them e-commerce founders.
2025
Our own brands
We opened our own stores on Amazon, Etsy and TikTok Shop and began supplying retail stores. We decided to sell only healthy, natural and eco-conscious goods and foods, with complete honesty about where and how they're made.
Today
E-commerce first
We source from experienced Sri Lankan manufacturers and make some products under a documented quality process. We test small batches with U.S. customers, keep the winners and scale them with bulk export and steady supply. Retail first, wholesale as volumes grow.
What we stand for
What we stand for.
Whether we're building a brand, running a campaign, sourcing a product or shipping it across the ocean, the same principles guide every decision.
Mission
To help products become trusted brands. We bring strategy, creative, marketing, e-commerce and global trade together under one roof, so businesses can grow in the U.S. market with confidence, and customers get products they can rely on.
Vision
To be the most dependable partner for brands that want to compete in the U.S.: the team that builds the brand, finds the right product, moves it across borders and helps it sell.
We build brands, run the marketing, manage the sales channels and handle the trade behind them, for our clients and for our own brands.
Our values
Eight principles behind every decision.
Honesty in everything
We tell clients, customers and partners the truth about results, costs, timelines and where products come from. We would rather lose a deal than make a promise we can't keep.
Quality, start to finish
From a logo to a shipping carton, we hold the work to a high standard. We vet suppliers, approve samples, inspect batches and review creative before anything goes out the door.
Brands built to last
Quick wins fade. We build brands with a clear identity, honest marketing and loyal customers, the kind that still stand years later.
Craft and respect for makers
Skilled people make the products we sell. We respect their work, pay fair prices, build long-term relationships with them, and give their products the presentation they deserve.
Natural and responsible
We choose natural materials, honest labeling and less wasteful packaging, because customers deserve to know what they're buying and what it's made of.
Compliance, always
We follow the rules of every market we sell in, including U.S. customs, labeling, advertising and platform policies. It protects our partners and keeps their brands in good standing.
Partnership, not hand-offs
We work as an extension of your team. One point of contact, clear communication and a commitment to stay with you after launch.
Always learning
Markets, platforms and trends change fast. We test, measure and adapt, and we apply what works for our own brands to every client project.

Local knowledge in five countries. One team to coordinate it all.
Sri Lanka and the U.S.
A bridge between two markets.
The United States is one of Sri Lanka's largest export markets, and American shoppers already know and value what the island produces. We help the right products make that journey, and make it well.
Sri Lanka is known around the world for Ceylon tea, cinnamon, spices, natural rubber, coconut products and handcrafted goods. Many of its makers come from families that have practiced these trades for generations. At the same time, U.S. customers are looking for natural, well-made products with honest labeling and a clear story behind them. The two don't always connect easily. Language, paperwork, quality standards, packaging and shipping all stand in the way. That's where we come in. We work with producers in Sri Lanka and sell to customers in the U.S., so we understand what each side needs, and we take care of everything in between.
Why it works
What we bring to both sides.
We know both sides
Our team has worked in Sri Lanka and the U.S. for years. We understand how Sri Lankan producers work and what American buyers expect: consistent quality, clear labeling and reliable delivery.
Standards that travel
We help makers meet U.S. requirements for packaging, labeling and documentation, so good products clear customs and reach shelves without delays.
Relationships built on trust
We know our manufacturers by name and work with them directly. We keep partnerships fair and long-term, and we're clear about expectations on both sides.
A community that connects
The Sri Lankan community in the U.S. is a natural audience for authentic products from home, and a trusted word-of-mouth network for those products.
Sri Lankan craft. American standards. One reliable partner.
Where we're headed
Where we're headed.
We grow carefully, one market at a time. Each step builds on what we've already learned, and we only move forward when we're ready to serve customers well.
Today
United States
Our main market and our focus. We've built our brands, sales channels and customer relationships here first, across Amazon, Etsy, TikTok Shop, our own online stores and retail partners. Every other market builds on this foundation.
Next
Canada and Mexico
Our closest neighbors. They share similar retail channels and shipping routes, which makes them a natural next step. We'll expand our product range, sales channels and supplier network into both markets, with each product labeled and documented to local rules.
Then
United Kingdom and European Union
Two of the world's largest markets for natural, responsibly made products. Both have strict rules on labeling, safety and imports, so we'll enter only after our products and paperwork meet each region's requirements.
How we expand
Test first. Then scale what works.
1
Test first
Small batches and a few products to see how customers respond.
2
Meet local rules
Labeling, safety, customs and advertising rules differ in every country; we get them right before we sell.
3
Scale what works
Once a product proves itself, we invest in branding, bulk supply and wider distribution.
Every new market starts with the same promise: do it right, then do it bigger.
